Join The Access Center for Independent Living (ACIL) in celebrating a significant milestone in the fight for disability rights—the 35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This groundbreaking legislation, enacted on July 26, 1990, has been instrumental in ensuring equal opportunities and access for individuals with disabilities across the United States. We invite you to our special celebration on July 24th from 12 to 3 PM.
Indulge in tasty hot dogs, courtesy of ACIL’s Kitchen Connection program, and take part in our lively raffle for a chance to win exciting prizes. Tickets for the raffle are just $1 each or $5 for six.
Resources and information from Montgomery County Public Health, Central State University, Miami Valley Child Development Centers, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, and more will be available at the celebration.
